Our Corporate Office is located in Tracy, California. We have over 400 independently owned and operated offices throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.
We have done our best to demonstrate this extensively throughout the site. In a nutshell, we are unconventional and innovative in a very conventional and traditional industry. We deliver all the benefits of a national brand and more, while being the “un” franchise. We don’t require our brokers to adhere to a strict business structure that we define; rather, we give them the freedom to control their business as they see best for their circumstances. Due to this, we have over 400 very different offices. And we’ll find the one that is best suited for your individual needs. In addition, we are the only real estate franchise that is actually controlled by our brokers. We are the inverted triangle of control. The brokers decide what they want to do and we implement their plan. This is virtually unheard of in traditional companies.

Multi-level marketing schemes have existed since the dawning of business. Most come and go, though occasionally one or two will gain traction. We are a real estate franchisor, which means we sell franchises. We have three clients: our brokers, their agents, and their clients. We are committed to the success of our brokers, our agents, and the satisfaction of their clients. To do this, we stick to our guns. The systems we implement have to be something all our members will benefit from.
So the answer is we are not a multi-level marketing company and we are not looking to make money in this manner. We’re looking to help our members be profitable in their traditional business activities through an unconventional business structure... that’s our secret to success, and we think the market is proving us right.
We are currently the only real estate company that has a consumer portal specifically designed to contend with companies like Zillow, HouseValues, HomeGain, LendingTree who have inserted themselves between the agents and their clients. The reason these companies have been allowed to flourish is because consumers possessed needs that weren’t being fulfilled by real estate companies. So the folks who developed Expedia.com and hit the travel industry are now doing the same thing in real estate. We are committed to combat this and defend our turf.
Our portal, http://www.eHomeResearch.com, was built completely around the needs of today’s real estate consumer. We have viable leads coming in everyday. These leads are then distributed to members who adhere to certain standards ensuring they have what is necessary to fulfill consumer expectations. These members need to have instant access to email and respond to the lead immediately. If they can't, it goes to the next member who can. The important thing to note is that our leads are FREE. We DO NOT charge referral fees like our competitors!

Because we let our brokers structure their business as they see fit, everything varies by office. Some offices have a mortgage branch, some don't. Even if they don’t, every member has access to Real Estate Financial Services through the Corporate Office, which we can explain during a confidential appointment – even just a simple telephone call.
Escrow coordinators, administrative support, etc., also vary by office. Once we understand your needs, we’ll be able to provide an answer depending upon the office that seems a good fit.
This is handled by each of our brokers on the terms they set with their agents. Once we’ve met with you to discover what you need, we’ll line up an opportunity for you to meet a broker who would be a good fit.
Our agents average close to twelve years real estate experience, making them among the most capable and competent you can find.
