Agent Orientation

Agent Orientation is our three hour introductory course geared toward new or existing sales associates. This program provides an overview of the current tools, services and programs available through the Realty World System. We abbreviated this presentation to correlate with our many other training programs. Sales Associates are impressed by this because most do not have much time during the day to attend a full day class. Agent Orientation lets them preview and decide which programs to join for more in-depth training. We recommend that agents attend on an annual basis as a refresher course and to become familiar with any tools, technologies, services, or programs newly released by the company.
